The BrickOwl image is actually the offcial render from Lego's replacement bricks page (so not an LDraw one).
Unfortunately none of the older Simpsons heads from 2014/2015 were available in either LDD or the Brick Instruction App, so we don't have official 3D meshes. For them to get made into LDraw, it would require someone to do a 3D scan of an actual part.
