The first and only Polybag set of Wave 1. Sold at Toys'R'Us in the US. Oddly though this is one of the few sets from both the theme and the year to not have a set name printed on the packaging. Even Lego.com currently lists no name. Only source for any name I could find was a capture of toysrus.com at the Internet Archive. Brickset lists this as "Kraang's Turtle Target Practice" - though without any source for that name.
Mostly something Lego came up with rather than a reference to an actual episode, though the cannon looks similar to various equipment appearing with the Kraang, seen since the first episode. The Kraangdroid Minifigure is taken from Set 79104.
