Includes the Set exclusive Dogpound (Chris Bradford), Kraangdroid (at the time) and Elite Foot Soldier Minifigures.
Seemingly a mix between episodes 1-10 "Panic in the Sewers" (Dogpound's formal debut and centered around poisoning the sewers with Mutagen) and 1-16 "The Pulverizer" (The Shellraiser's debut). The Shellraiser was built out of an old subway train by Donnie, that's why the Lego version can transform to fit on train tracks. Special about this set is also the fact that it got redesigned during production. Earlier runs used a train plate as base, though it proved not stable enough, so a new version, reinforced by Technic bricks was released with a noticable piece count difference.
