About this Update:
With this update there are now settings for changing the quality of imported step files.
It is now also possible to choose wich axis is 'up' in the model(in LDraw it is -Y, but for most other software it is +Z).
The rest is some general improvements and bug fixes.

- Updated some dependencies
- Display traceback on export error and application crash
Bug Fixes:
- Only include "0 File" line if converted to onefile/mpd (only used internally for preview currently)
- Do not apply most common colour to multicolour subparts #77
- Preview now refreshes after deleting outlines
- Ignore non color/material resources in 3mf files #82
