Hi and welcome!
Basically, all that's left to do for you now is waiting to get it approved (takes some time).
Usually, a render of your choice from that model would be nice to give a first impression (but I don't think it's mandatory).
Formatting etc. looks fine as far as a quick look could tell, anyways the rules are a bit less strict at the moment. Just a few notes:
*Sub-Models don't require a separate "Theme" line each time
*"0 NOFILE" what caused this?
My personal comments regarding the actual model:
*Is it intentional that the train is "off rails"?
*being a bit pedantic (and having this set for a long time) the ramp sub-model is connected to one of the straight rails in the instructions
*stickers for the cockpit piece should be already available (same for the Octan guy's torso 973p5z.dat)
*connector cable (the wedge thing) should be dark grey, also if you want to include it, 2 might be better
Best regards,
Chris
EDIT:
Shortcut to the stickered Train Front is now available: https://library.ldraw.org/parts/52044
Btw, we already had a thread for 1996 Trains Sets
