Request for new primitives

I think the prim definition spec states that all prim must start at x=1 (and that is equal to 0 degrees) and then continue ccw.

I’ll see if I can find anything on this. The questions that remain are: Does this restriction make sense, and do all parts of a primitive have to be visible?
