A quick addendum
I feel like a bit more complex version of this could enable a solution for cylinder/ and sphere/ joints, as currently they either require relying on custom-made primitives (substitution of which requires extra manual work, I'd like Travis to correct me if I'm wrong)
The approach for that would be way less trivial though, essentially demanding a new description language for how these things are to be constructed, which is definitely a "2.0" territory
