Other considerations for this part:
- Rotate it 90° to match the orientation of similar leaves, eg. 3565
- Part is symmetrical, make 2 half subparts
- Using 2 rings on top to go from R6 to R10 is fine, but using ndis+chrd+quads avoid the introduction of needless vertices. Here is how I would do it:
