An official parent should have only official subparts, if it does, somethign went wrong during release.
Only exception would be a "fixed" (F) subpart, but even then there is an official version of the subpart in question.
So searching for file fixes would lead to an appropriate result.

In the Parts List I did a search with the following filters:
Library Status: Unofficial
Is Fix: YES
Part Type: SUbpart
Subpart: Is Empty
Is that what you were thinking of?
