As for making an assy with the wheels in the max tilted/rotated position, I suspect that the curve track doesn't need the max tilt position since the wheels easily get stuck in the max tilt position due to the 2x4 brick enveloping chassis. Also, in intermediate positions, the brickrunner leans into the curve. In max-tilt position, such leaning is not possible.
Should leaning in centered position also be in the help lines?
