Stickers with identical design, but from different sheet number

I guess I don't understand the question because I feel my reply answered both.

Check this:

   

18972dy3 is identical to 18972dy5. 
The sticker in dy5 is an alias of the sticker in dy3 (or will be soon).
We don't make alias parts when the same printed pattern is in many sets, so why should we do it with stickered parts?
