First of all. "Physical_Colour" is an abandoned branch of files we don't want.
Here is how I think it should be made:
Three parts; Body, Axle, Wheel (with some variants), All should be made uncoloured.
Axle.
71956
This axle will be the base for a number of different assys (shortcut), where the axle is used coloured 494
-c01, thin wheels, no pattern
-c02, thick wheels, no pattern
-c03, thin, or thick wheels with pattern A
-c04, thin, or thick wheels with pattern B
Body
31202
-p01, body with pattern A
-p02, body with pattern B
Wheel
31204, thin wheel
-p01, Are there any thin wheels with a pattern?
Wheel
?????, thick wheel
-p01, thick wheel with pattern, but wheel is uncoloured, to be coloured in a later assy.
Assys
76139, this is a uncoloured base shortcut, using a uncoloured body + uncoloured thin wheel assy c01
76139p01, uncoloured base + coloured wheel assy (grey, or any other colour)
76139p02, uncoloured base + coloured wheel assy (e.g. black)
76139p03, uncoloured base with a pattern (31202p01) + coloured wheels
76139p04, uncoloured base + coloured wheels with a pattern 71956c03.
XXXXX
-p01, uncoloured base + uncoloured thick wheel assy c01
We need to know 3 things:
76139 is an assembly number. It's not possible to add a -c01 suffix to it.
(it would be like saying "CD-disc", a "compact disc-disc" )

We need to know 3 things:
- Partnumber for the thick wheel
- Partnumber for the assy with mixed wheels
- Partnumber for the assy with thick wheels
