Duplo brick runner assembly

It is more complicated. There are 6 wheel colors and one of them have a pattern on the wheels.
The base/chassis has a pattern in two out of six cases.

Should the default colored assembly 76139 have a tilde~ in its description? Why is 76139 needed?
