I generally like the new approach. A few things I noticed though (not sure if taken care of):
*There are some logos that are split in their different colours. Sometimes this is required due to NOCLIP, sometimes for recolors
*Several stickers/prints have a sub-file which is re-used a lot (like the 1993 Police logo(s)) but still located in the s\ folder and having a very impractical name like "s/3010p16a.dat" will these be changed? Regarding the current PT review problem this might cause issues. Are there any strategies to avoid flooding the parts tracker due to this change? Like only doing so "on demand"?
*A lot of logos are shared between stickers and regular prints. Will these be treated the same?
*Is there a clear definition/idea of what a "reusable logo" is?

- Some logos are identical in shape, but not in color (same goes for the clipping problem)
- Are 2 occurencies enough to count as "reusable"?
- Some logos are part of a larger logo (some fire fighter signs for example)
- Some logos appear with minor variants
