I'm assuming that all the icons come from here. If that is not the case, you can ignore this response.

What about clipboard-check for admin certify and truck-fast for Admin Fast Track? Additionally, I feel that the trash icon is more recognizable as a delete than the recycle icon.

I like the first 2 suggestions a lot

I felt that "trash" had a negative connotation so I chose recycle.
