I see absolutely no reason why notepad should affect rendering quality, except for the kind of embarrassing human mistakes I just made by using copy+paste and forgetting to edit.

should of course be:
1 7 40 -72 100 0.625 0 0 0 0.625 0 0 0 0.625 Modulex_model.ldr
