Assuming you are looking for the official number, Brickowl claims it to be one of these two:
4116654 - 30080 (Single Part without Window?)
4116655 - 75979 (Full Assembly?)
I am not sure, where they got this information from but the element IDs fall in a range that could be correct (4116606 for example is the anchor which was new in light grey for this same set).
If that implies the design ID is correct as well, it means Lego did not differentiate between the window colours (like they don't do with minifig assemblies as well).
Why not have the trans-light blue be named as 30080c01 (with 75979 becoming the alias part) and the trans-white one be 30080c02?
Having the actual 30080 named as 30080b seems a bit strange to me as well.
