Fast-Tracking can only be done by few Admins.
But you can still fix the part (edit the references, change back to unofficial_Part, add a !History with a description of the change and upload by using the "Official File Fix").
Then it gets back to a normal (unofficial) part. maybe someone then even wants to edit it into the other, centered version.
