New color in LDCad

You could hardcode the colour using its rgb values like 0x02RRGGBB (hex) as its colour number. Where the leading 2 is for solid colours, a 3 would make it transparent.

But I have one more question - why the program shows me another colour as missing if I added only reddish orange?

Is there a type 1 line using that literal colour number inside the mpd (or any other currently loaded ldraw file)?
