I have real-life parts and checked the colours:
3069bpb0865 (right): Bright light orange(191), Orange(25), Blue(1)
3069bpb0866 (left): White(15), Orange(25), Light bluish grey(71), Blue(1)
The outer area of orange spots in 3069bpb0866 is not a intentional lighter shade, but a colour bleeding (orange on white).
If needed, I can provide hi-res scan of these patterns.
