This is because we still need to investigate whether the existing major software has a problem with that drop.
If not, I suggest that we drop that restriction.
Note that I'm not advocating ridicilously long part titles,
but I want to get rid of the unnecessary abbreviations in some titles which anyway nobody will search for.
