Head, hair and torso (LEGO Bricktales)

Hi all,

Can someone identfy this head, hair and torso?
The head has a stubble beard.

It is a somewhat vague images, screenshot from the LEGO Bricktales game.

Is it original and existing?
If so, are they in LDraw?
