Add keyword to part

No need to resubmit. This could be fixed with only header editing.
I wanted to understand, and have consensus on the 0.667 issue.

I guess there is no formal guidance on this like I though.

My interim guidance, as admin, (until we can add something to the spec) is:

The description for sticker shortcuts should be in the following format:
<base part description> with <sticker description> Sticker

Where:
<base part description> is the description of the base part verbatim
<sticker description> is the sticker description after "Sticker <dimensions>|<shape>"

Example:
Base Part 11477: Slope Brick Curved 2 x 1
Sticker 6142622m: Sticker 1.9 x 0.8 with Black Headlamp on Yellow Background Right
Sticker Shortcut: Slope Brick Curved 2 x 1 with Black Headlamp on Yellow Background Right Sticker

I haven't looked but I'm pretty sure there parts that don't meet this standard. Those still on the PT should be edited by the Header Admins or myself as they are found. Official parts can wait until they are recycled back to the tracker for other reason.
