"In general, metallic colours used on printed parts should use the drum lacquer or "ink" colours."

Please don't use "Drum lacquer" or "Ink". That's lego nomenclatura. We only say "Metallic" in ldconfig.

Personally I would accept all colour codes in a print, or sticker, except "Pearl", "Rubber" or "Internal Common Material".
Those codes are reserved for parts with material properties.

btw, we are IMO missing a whole section in ldconfig about flat colours to be used on textile parts, like canvas, and capes, and parts made of felt.
