Leading or trailing white space characters in file names

I was the one who originally suggested it, but the more I think about it, the more I'm not sure it's a good idea, even as a suggestion, so I'm OK with it not being there.

Note that I brought it up due to my own need in the past to decide if something is an LDraw file (in LDView's Explorer thumbnail generator). However, my code there is quite a bit more complex, and actively searches through the file looking for a non-comment line.
