If the set contains only 3794b or 15573, maybe the part replacement function ("Exchange part ref." on Edit pane) of LDInspector could ease the replacement? Or does this function miss something? Of course LDInspector can not make the decision.

For those problem, usually I use only Notepad and the replace function.

For the Assembly Square the difficulty is parts 6141 (plate 1x1x round) and 85861 sometime in the same color. And colors of flowers (it's not easy on the notice to see the diffrence between red, magenta, medium lavender or lavender or between green and bright green). 

But I have correct all mistakes now.
