Updated LDConfig.ldr file

I did nothing, just updated the ldconfig.ldr in my LDraw folder (I use a plain LDraw library, not the zipped one provided with LeoCAD (view -> preference -> custom library)).

Think, I found a way to reproduce issue with loading "ldconfig.ldr" placed in same folder where ZIP of "Custom parts library" stored. Here is issue report:
