Updated LDConfig.ldr file

Do the new colors in the 10000 range work well with MLCad? It provides a big scrollable page with the colors for selection.

LeoCAD also can't handle LDConfig 2019 colours with ID larger than CODE 512.

UPD: Seems like LeoCAD could import new "LDConfig.ldr" placed in "Custom parts library" folder, where LDraw parts stored in un-zipped form.


But LeoCAD CAN'T import "ldconfig.ldr" placed in same folder where ZIP of "Custom parts library" stored.
