Is creating a new LDraw primitive allowed?

Yaa agreed..It is allowed to make no of primitives but at the same time make sure they are within primitive standards..They will be of no use even if 1% variation is found with that of primitive standards

I set you on my list of possible spammer and if "1% variation is found" I'll block you immediately.
