Yes. Rotational snap and connection solver are two big features I'd really like in LDCAD 2.0. For this, we need the generic GUI concept of being able to mark snap point(s). And if having this, it'd awesome to be able to use such information in LDCAD scripts as well. (an example below)

And some videos of old SR3D builder features. Although LDCAD is superior to SR3D Builder in many, many ways, some features are still missing. I do not ask for full mechanics simulation in SR3D way (because I want LDCAD 2.0 being ready in less than 5 years ) but the feature of snap point selection and connection solving would be really handy:
