*nix is ridiculous for organisation. Everything has its own weird place which may have made sense in 1975 on a 'supercomputer' but doesn't make much sense on a home PC. Windows is much more sensible for home use IMO.

That said, I make complicated tree structures by choice so I can complain about neither.
