Relocate Editing Compass and Steps

I inadvertently moved my parts Bin and my Color Bin. Now, the Editting compass and the Step Indicator are to the far left. How can I reset these back to their default positions?

Move the part bin window to the left and press ctrl, when it snaps to the side release the mouse button.

Next do the same with the color bin window at the top of the now docked part bin.
