Once removed from the \LDraw\Parts folder, no more issues.
I don't know what kind of problem this part could create, but FYI...
LDCad issues a warning ("Unknown bfc tag, ignored.") for line 17:
0 BFC NO CLIP
should be
0 BFC NOCLIP
