[LDPatternCreator] Release 1.6.7 (Bug-Fix)

Hey,

I fixed a bug which was related to template and helper lines.
There was a risk of an "array index out of bounds" which resulted in a crash (thanks Willy, for reporting the bug!).

Download and install the latest LDPatternCreator release directly from sourceforge.net.

As always, I included a short readme.htm in the installation directory.
