Brings back memories but shouldn't the baseball cap be 4485 with the Long Flat 

Yes, you are right, the cap should be 4485... Have built this one with LeoCAD, and the minifig wizard is offering only the newer caps, so I have used 86035. Anyway, the 4485 Cap is present in the parts list, so I will replace the cap. As I am still learning, it was easier to build the minifig with the wizard...
