Rotation icon in assembled callout in LPub3D

Jaco,

I can't reproduce with the information I have. Can you send an example file producing the behavior you described?

When I choose "Add assembled image to parent page" at the end of a submodel a rotation icon is added to the callout.

When I follow these steps, I don't get a rotation icon in my callout. This is what I get:
