I think it would be cool to have something like this:

except in real time using hardware acceleration. I.e. a view that is "inside" a model, and that you can navigate around using "hotspots", so you don't have to render hundreds of images in POV-Ray.

Not sure how efficient it is with lots of parts/primitives/polygons.
