Minifig Head pattern

I tried to create it with LDPC, but i don't know how. I saw tutorial, but i didn't understand it.
I project to XY part i want to pattern, but when i export it back to xy it became planar.
Maybe someone has template of minifig head?

But it is without pattern yet. I tried to see how it works before begining patterning.

It's enough to see what's wrong...
When you import head structure to build pattern on it, you must do file -> import from dat -> project on XY plane (-z front) -> overwrite and import projection data. This last option creates a 3D frame on which you will add your pattern.
