where would i get cmf part meshes

so on the tracker i see cmf pieces here that says their mesh originated from the lego builders app i go to the app and i see no 3d instructions just a singular pdf
where can i find it

Some of the newer sets have full 3D instructions (like less than 3 years old I would say).

The models are generated by some files within the app, however I have not yet figured out to get these out of the app, let alone into a usable format
