Could anyone look if part 18031 can be retrieved from the instructions app and provide the .dat file from there?

No ... Building app still uses 98370 model 😞
But shape is simple enough...
Do you have photos shot from other angles?

Unfortunately I don't own any of the about 50 sets containing that part and I could not find a lot of photos showing other angles

I got the part, it is essentially just got a wider crossguard, the pommel is not a hemisphere, but a flattened one, cross-section of the guard is the same

I can modify the existing one.
