[LPub] How do you move/drag step picture

How do you move/drag step picture in LPub3D? I want to center the step picture on the page and it always seems to be more left of center. I tried selecting the picture and dragging it but it will not move when I do this.

Hi
1st: Right click on the step an select "Change Assembly Placement"
2nd: Select a position (I would prefer Center)
3rd: Move the image by drag and drop with the left mouse buttom to the position do you want
