ldcad arrows helpers - Victor Di Rienzo - 2018-09-29 Guys I noticed that ldcad has permanent helpers and not permanent helpers. I did not.find how to modify it to use it as a single arrow and not X y z arrow. By the moment I have made a bin with arrows .dat files to add to the models for buffer exchange. Is there any tutorial out there? RE: ldcad arrows helpers - Victor Di Rienzo - 2018-09-29 I spent little more time on the arrows helpers of ldcad. i did figure it out that if you grab the tip or the tail you can make it longer or shorter. that its very usefull. but i was not able to make ti dissapear any non wanted axe. Other thing that i realize they are not compatible with lpub What i did as i mention before is to add arrows in the bin so i can use them as helpers. its not the best solution but it works. the arrows are from holly-wood.it but i made some changes on the code so they can be visualized from both top and bottom. RE: ldcad arrows helpers - Victor Di Rienzo - 2018-09-29 i made some changes on the arrows to make them "3d" but for me looks better 2d version. Those markers/arrows are to aid building only. The initial idea was you could use them while aligning weird stuff. The idea comes from my LD4DStudio project where you used similar arrows to build the animation skeleton. In the higher versions I realized they are actually of very little use, I'm therefore not entirely certain if I include them in LDCad 2.0. Instruction arrows should use special .dat files like you discovered. I do however plan to (some day) add generated instructional arrows using templates just like the rubber bands etc. RE: ldcad arrows helpers - Owen Dive - 2018-09-30 (2018-09-29, 18:23)Roland Melkert Wrote: The initial idea was you could use them while aligning weird stuff. If there is some feature in the later versions that means I don't need helpers to do this, I'd be interested to know. Owen. RE: ldcad arrows helpers - Victor Di Rienzo - 2018-09-30 The idea to have a "arrow template" like rubber band its an excellent idea a quick way to make it larger or change the design of the arrow it's an excellent idea. You will need to define if 2d arrows or "3d arrows" as an the one I upload which will be conocimiento or a real 3d one with cilindric and a cone. For me as a personal opinion the 2d arrow looks much better and rest or any other option. I'm trying to "convert" a girl from I think its form India that she is used to work with mlcad and used to make designs for robotbuilder35 and others. And has lot of experience making models and building instructions. Btw thing it will be cool to make update in the future is how buffered exchange is used on the software it's not friendly user. And it's not much information out there RE: ldcad arrows helpers - Willy Tschager - 2018-10-01 (2018-09-30, 23:01)tatubias Wrote: The idea to have a "arrow template" like rubber band its an excellent idea a quick way to make it larger or change the design of the arrow it's an excellent idea. FYI there is an arrow generator in MLCad. w. Yes I know. What i did was add the sarrows in the past bin in a new arrow section. Also I was thinking what may be cool NE next version of ldCad may have. Check thepartbin in the image below. |
