Thanks for reviewing the models!!
I'll fix my models.
They are built several years ago (before joining this community) and prepared for OMR recently, so some errors may exist.

Regarding part 3062, I think there were both molds (3062a and 3062b) exist concurrently in those years (around 1978).
As I (born in 1983 and begun playing LEGO system bricks in 1986) haven't seen a real-life 3062a, the transition should be rather fast.
Thus, I have modeled them with 3062b, except the sets before 1977 (pre-minifig era).

I have the yellow castle:

For set 6375-2, I'm now working for stickers (sheet No. 192375) but I haven't built the model itself.
Please go ahead.

It's a nice surprise.  And stickers already exist !! (on my side I began making this one only very recently, so I hadn't checked yet for their existence in the library).
I think you should OMRize it for inclusion in the OMR Wink
One possible enhancement would be to make separate LDR's for the four corner baseplates, which are intended to rotate and allow opening one entire side or the other of the castle. That would make using that feature of the original model easier IMO.

Great news ! I hadn't begun work on these stickers yet (in fact the only stickers I have begun are those of set 6371).
I'm going to focus on the 6375 Exxon Station for the days to come and upload it (without stickers, at first) as soon as it's ok.

I think you're right on this one, I believe there was some variation among different production batches for some sets (another example is the astronaut helmet - 3842a or 3842b - of classic space minifigs). I'm not an expert on this subject though... Up to now I've used the rebrickable parts lists as a reference, since I understood it is quite reliable (any advice or opinion someone?)

To be honest I'd just assumed the castle was already in the OMR! But at some point I might get around to OMRizing it; at that point, I would typically put the rotating sections into LDCad groups rather than submodels (since I use submodels to reflect the build process and match the instructions).

I posted a version somewhere that has the string.

Sure you did: https://forums.ldraw.org/thread-22660-po...l#pid41489

Since this came with two set numbers I suggest that you ask Johann to add them both with your credentials, but first it would be nice if you could OMRize them and subfile + inline the unofficial parts.

BTW I always like some drama in the presentation. 6075 already comes with the minifigs positioned as in the BI. 375 could use the box art?

Oops, I've missed set 6075-2 has been submitted, sorry.
Please go ahead with Nathan's model for both 375-2 and 6075-2.

The parts (including stickers) are all official, so no inlining unofficial parts is needed I think.
(Some stickers are updated on PT, but they will be automatically reflected once they got official!)

The string would be the unofficial part—I guess you'd have to inline the LSynth donors? Honestly I haven't OMRized anything with LSynth before. But if anyone wanted to use the string in an otherwise-OMRized file, that would be fine!

Yes, the string created by LSynth will be unofficial part, so inlining is needed.

If I ever get around to OMRizing this model, I would convert the string to an LDCad-generated one. (More accurately, I'd re-build it from scratch, but I still use the donor parts from LSynth since they give more of a visual texture than a simple cylinder.) But in the meantime, it's there and available if anyone needs it!

Thanks very much for improving the model, Willy.
So nice and I like it!!
Hi Takeshi,
There was still a glass not correctly snapped Wink  (the one just behind the bus driver)
Furthermore, I think the stickers of the building would be better if they are included in the building ldr ? (just a suggestion of course, but IMHO it's better that way)
I made these two changes in the file below:
[attachment=6890]
Takeshi,
Apparently the saddle of the black horse isn't black, but red (I checked inventories on rebrickable and peeron, as well as the building instructions...).
Here is the resulting mpd: [attachment=6891]
Hello Willy,

I really like the horses Wink

From what I see in the instructions of the set (I checked carefully), it seems to contain no 3710 part but only 3023's.
(the inventories on peeron and rebrickable disagree on this, anyway).

So I replaced your two 3710 by four 3023, IMHO this is the right version:  [attachment=6892]

As this set was released in 1983, the thread below should be more appropriate:

Oh yes, you're right - my mistake. I'll have to think about this the next time I post a set.
No problem if a moderator wants / can move this one to the right thread..

You noticed. Blush

I've added a Studio render to the original post. I ended up having to just re-make the maxifig faces in Part Designer, but this gave me an opportunity to slightly improve on the LDraw version by removing the .2 LDU overlap on the texture halves in p02 and p05 and stitching the PNG together in GIMP instead. (The p04 texture is already a two-halved image since it's asymmetric.)
