Yes - I have seen the same sluggishness this morning. It is frustrating, because I had something "important" I wanted to do on the Parts Tracker today.
The server is being loaded by something that I think is not related to the Parts Tracker. It is also having a knock on effect on the "Recent Message" functionality here.
