Which library are you using?
Does it hang/crash again when you just retry?
A retry didnt work.
I deleted the instance of LDCad and made fresh library location using the complete.zip and unofficial zip. That loaded a model one time then it was red crosses loading further parts.
Then I unzipped the libraries and I am back to not moving past the splash screen.
I have attached my logs here for you.
