IUP - Version 3.24 crash on LDCad - Version 1.6b

I have successful run on both Windows 7 x64 /host/ and Windows XP x86 /emulated/. But when comes to run under LDCad is fail.
I put any necessary *.dll files into LDCad root directory and in script use:
