To be honest, I have no idea what, I can't choose.
All your renders just looks so nice, the Beetle, the Porsche, the Nexo Knights minifigure, the spaceships.
Just make something you personally like/is easy for you and I'll probably like it anyway
EDIT: now that I think of it, this 'ultrawide' resolution might be perfect for a collection of models, a series or something like that... Just thinking out loud.
