As far as i know there is no brick with the pattern that you are searching for.
I have had a look at Bricklink (http://www.bricklink.com/catalogList.asp...&catLike=W).
As the library (and therefore the parts tracker) only for bricks that exists in reality there is no way to get this part into the library.
Sorry for that.
But that should not stop you in building your own parts
If you like to share your models with others you just have to add your customized brick to the MPD file.
