[Solved] 64179 Technic Beam 5 x 7 with Open Center 3 x 5

I agree with Steffen. You should not open 64179 file, but put it in proper folder.
- 64179.dat must be placed in your Ldraw\parts folder
- 64179s01.dat must be placed in your Ldraw\parts\s folder (from your screenshot, I bet that the subpart is already placed correctly).
- Then run mklist tool (it's in your LDraw folder) to refresh parts list (the added 64179 will be detected, and you'll find it in the Technic section of parts tree).
- Use the frame as any other regular parts...
