[LPub] Influence of ROTSTEP at callout

Already been bugged by this one. If I remember well you can solve it by adding a rotstep statement in the submodel.

The solution was so close, but I didn't see it. 

I have placed the following line as the first line in the submodel. And the result was as I want.

0 ROTSTEP 0 0 0 REL
